Accessory States - issue with different accessories in the bottom and underwear sets

I am having problems with the Accessory States plugin, it does not save the changes made
the problem occurs with pubic hair accessories. But after doing a lot of testing, I discovered that the problem arises when the girls use different accessories in the bottom and underwear sets. I solved it by homologating the same type of accessory in those sections.
With AccStateSync, I never had that problem (whatever the accessories were)

problem happens while changing the uniform in character editor. when you change an uniform from one that had the piece to which accessories are attached into one that doesn't, the previous uniform's accessory clothing bind settings for this piece will get wiped.

ex. "in school" uniform has a bra and panties defined, "swimsuit" uniform has one piece swimsuit in bra and nothing in panties. if you attach the pubic hair accessory to the panties in "in school" uniform, then when you switch from "in school" to "swimsuit" where panties are undefined, it will delete every accessory's clothing bind that was tied to panties from "in school" uniform.

it could be some sort of ordering issue. it checks for if an outfit part exists and if doesn't, removes the binds of accessories before the uniform is fully changed, so the uniform parts loaded, but other stuff didn't, and at that moment it still sees the uniform as No.1 but with No.4's parts, which breaks things. it'd probably be best if accessories didn't lose their clothing bind
settings if the corresponding uniform part is empty, they'd just not do anything since the uniform part can't be turned on or off due to being missing.
