error in the lines plot

Hi Jacopo,

When using MCMC option (it seems to work with the other options),
the fit doesn't appear -or is shifted verticaly- in the plot NII6548_Halpha_NII6584.pdf,
but in the .fits file, the fluxe and error of Halpha seem correct.
It also happens with other lines.
