TCP Window full issue

Hello all,
I use this doipclient to send a Diagnostic request, this is a SID-36 request, which has 16364 bytes data payload.
I use wireshark to capture TCP message. The wireshark remind the TCP Window is full.
How can I solve this issue? Thanks!
