Add receipt scanner

I'd like to add an extra route or journey on homepage that allows the user to scan a receipt. This should upload a picture of the receipt send it to Google Vision API (or relevant OCR computer vision equivalent) and return a list of product names. Those names can then be looked up on World Open Food Facts and we can return a summary estimate of them. The MVP should be a list of items with CO2 and a total CO2 of the entire receipt.
