could this be refactored to make org-preview-latex asynchronous? #8

Hello,
first of all, thanks for the great code, I started using it recently! Another much desired feature in orgmode (which I can't implement myself due to lacking elisp skills) is asynchronous execution of org-latex-preview, do you think your code could be refactored to achieve this?
This would be a very useful feature for a lot of people, as currently a LaTeX heavy file has noticeable delay on opening when automatic LaTeX preview is enabled.
