error: cluster_to_plot %in% cluster_ids is not TRUE
getting this error when attempting to run leafviz on my .RData. The splicing events show up on the left and look quite good, but the splicing event visualization does not work and i get the error above.
since cluster_to_plot is a runtime varaible i am not sure how to fix this
when i run leafviz() everything works fine on the ex dataset, so i am inclined to think that the error is on my end. One difference i noticed is that under clusters$clusterID : i get clu_#####_NA, and the "_NA" is not there in the ex dataset clusterID. I tried just removing the _NA and that did not fix the issue as I anticipated.
Any insight would be extremely appreciated. Thank you.
