pydiskcmd begin to support new feature: Intel RST

pydiskcmd begin to support new feature: Intel RST, in the version 0.3.5(commit 2710079).

Because there is no RST NVMe platform on my hand, i could not test NVMe SSD now. It will be nice if someone could provide it.

Here is an example in pydiskcmdcli for RST SATA Disk.

1. Show the SCSi devices
