How to clear the user password(Security feature) when you forget it for SATA Disk?

If the disk meet the following conditions:

1. disk support sanitize feature set;
2. disk is in the state of SEC4: Security Enabled/Locked/Not Frozen;
3. RESTRICTED SANITIZE OVERRIDES SECURITY bit is set to one;

Send the sanitize commands with FAILURE MODE set to zero, then a successful sanitize operation shall:
a) cause the existing User password (see 4.22.3.2), if any, to be unable to be accessed; and
b) clear the SECURITY ENABLED bit (see 9.10.8.3.7) to zero.
