Render notebooks in website

Problem statement:
The webpage at docs 🡕 is a rendered notebook source 🡕:

and we would like to do the same for systemds.apache.org website.

How to approach the task?

• Phase 1

1. The format to which the .ipynb files are to be converted?
   (HTML or md file would be better)

   • HTML
   • js
   • md

2. After the conversion, the try to add the converted format to a new webpage.

• Phase 2 (make sure you have implemented phase 1 and is approved by reviewer!)

3. Advanced step: Once the above two steps are done, we could find a way to
   automate the process.
4. See an already implemented solution at Imandra 🡕, to learn more about.

I have pushed changes in the notebooks.html file on my branch and rendered the header and footer . I have shared a screen shot .
