Failed Building in WSL Ubuntu 22.04

[AsyamMD]

I tried building GrADS from source using these libraries:

• Intel OneAPI Compiler
• ZLib 1.31
• HDF5 1.14.2
• NetCDF-C 4.9.2
• NetCDF-Fortran 4.6.1

I have no background in computer engineering/science and this is my first time using Linux. Here I attach config.log and MakeFile. Thank you.
