Game features: holes

An idea for an optional game feature to be added on the feature screen. This would add holes on the ground. The simple behavior is that if the player fall into them, they lose. Variants for this feature may include:

• a respawn of the player (initial position or near the hole? Beware of the falling blocks)
• or a progressive arrival of the holes, as if the ground cracked a bit more every time a player walks on it.
