Game feature: start anywhere

An idea for an optional game feature to be added on the feature screen. When start anywhere is enabled the players are placed randomly in the arena when the game begins (as opposed to the default behavior which is to place the players in the corners).

Should be quite easy to set up. There may be some places in the code where the initial positions are hard-coded.
