Description
Not a high priority, though #25 may make it more so, but ad blockers have quite sophisticated implementations of what we're doing. It may be worth looking into uBlock in particular at some point, which i believe now has a quite fast wasm implementation for the core blocking algorithm.
Ideally we'd make sure any WASM is compiled via reproducible builds, so the code can more easily be audited.
