miniSASS Website: Investigate translation widget issue on Chrome

Nic reported that the miniSASS translation widget is not working his my google chrome. It works on Firefox on the same device, but not on chrome.

Translation widget is working on my Chrome. I have sent screen recording to Nicholas and asked him to inspect element/dev tools on Chrome, check 'disable cache', and reload the page.
