Export to vgm format

I often use a hardware VGM player like MegaGRRL to listen to PSG chip music, but currently I can only record PT3 to VGM through openmsx or MAME.

You can open PT3 module in VortexTracker and then export it to PSG.

I know it's possible to export to psg, but most chip music players only support VGM format. So I would like to be able to export directly to VGM format. In addition, there is currently no conversion tool for PSG to VGM format.
