Questions about build environment and benchmark setup for LiteInst

I’m trying to build and run LiteInst for research purposes, but I’m running into several build issues, possibly due to the age of the codebase and dependency changes in modern systems. To reproduce your results, could you clarify a few points?

1. What environment was LiteInst originally developed and tested on?
   (OS version, compiler version, kernel/glibc versions, etc.)

2. Are there specific dependency versions required to build LiteInst successfully?

3. How did you run LiteInst on new benchmarks in your experiments?

   • Is there a recommended workflow or script for running LiteInst on external programs?

4. Has LiteInst been verified on newer Linux distributions, and if so, do you have advice on updating the code?

Any guidance would be really helpful for reproducing the experiments and adapting LiteInst for modern environments.
