Adjusting the range of vision and hearing for NPC

Add the ability to manually change the visual range/angle and hearing range for peds. You can use the functions in the photo. You can add this either to the ped option (if possible) or to new tasks: "Change range of vision" (with two options: visual range and angle) and "Change range of hearing." ALSO, if the native language allows it, you can update the "add blip" task to add the ability to enable/disable the cone of vision, just like in the job creator.

I can confirm that the cone of vision is being worked on. Spicy has been working on their own development fork that includes the cones as part of their work on blips. The rest look like good additions and should be looked into. Thanks for the suggestion.
