Seems like GCE Guide is down again. Need to update primary paper source.

why not use multiple sources?

do currently use multiple sources -- however, papers.gceguide.cc isn't throwing a 404, but rather DNS address not found, so the program can't tell to move on to the next source in the order. a quick fix would be to just remove gceguide from the list of sources, leaving dynamicpapers and papacambridge

could make this change relatively quickly -- however, am considering also merging the changes from my dev branch in as well; there's a few basic QOL changes I did ~a while ago that I haven't merged yet

can just instead of fixing it to a 404 error just do a general error

and i pretty sure gce guide is broken af, consider swapping it to a diff paper source instead of making it primary
