Black picture on first capture

After switching resources to use screen capture, the first picture captured by the client after connecting to the server is always a black screen. Subsequent captures work as expected.

Tracked this down to FiveM not having enough time to populate the WebGL texture before the first capture is taken.

Added a waitForFrames helper to capture.ts:

private waitForFrames(count: number): Promise<void> {
  return new Promise((resolve) => {
    let remaining = count;
    const tick = () => {
      if (--remaining <= 0) {
        resolve();
      } else {
        requestAnimationFrame(tick);
      }
    };
    requestAnimationFrame(tick);
  });
}

Then added await this.waitForFrames(5); after this.#gameView.resize(width, height); in the captureScreen method to give the renderer enough frames to finish initializing the texture before attempting a capture.

This resolves the black frame on first capture — tested across init, resource restart, and fresh connections. All working as expected now.
