Update README

The how to run in the readme got out of date.

• https://github.com/itfactory-tm/thomas-bot/tree/master/cmd now has 3 parts
  • thomas: the main bot
  • john: the voice server (only this one needs the Linux dependancies)
  • edward: the CLI help tool for moderators
• You just need Go to run thomas
• We also have 2 Dockerfiles now

README should also mention that you need to enable all gateway intents on your bot configuration, or the bot will error on startup with the message "Disallowed intent(s)".
