1. Shouldnt the game only allow buying house only upon having all colours of the properties?
2. When a player declines to buy a property then it should go to auction.
3. Player should also be able to buy houses even when they are not on the property tile. This can only be allowed once player has all colours of the property tile.
4. Players should be able to mortgage properties to pay debt when balance is negative, before being declared to be bankrupt by the system. And the game should not be able to continue to run on negative balance until players clears the debt or declare bankrupt and handovers all remaining properties to landlord player.
