http://www.cover.io/ looks like the domain has been taken over by domain grabbers. Nevertheless, the project information (at https://github.com/itay/node-cover ) still refers to it.

@phihag thanks for letting me know. I actually own the domain, but I haven't done anything with. If somebody wants to put up a simple website with some directions, I'd be happy to point it at the site!
