Select WebCam from a list if there are more than one

• inside main.py get a list of webcams and return it via REST
• in Angular show the webcams inside the Settings and allow it to choose one
• in main.py write a REST put api for setting the webcam into the settings.json
• in hotbitsService.py read the settings and use this specific camera
