update zenodo DOI to cite all versions

one thing that we did for the update of Mannone's second paper in ISQCMC 2025 is to use the cite all versions DOI from zenodo.
We should have done that for all the entries. Such that if any updates are needed we dont have to come back here and update.
This is usually one number before the v1 DOI.
Great first contrbution work here.

for example:
for 10.5281/zenodo.18206481 we can use 10.5281/zenodo.18206480 to allways cite the last version.

I noticed on Matt Klassen's paper that the v1 DOI is 10.5281/zenodo.18206573 but the all versions DOI is 10.5281/zenodo.18206571. None of the other papers have 2 numbers off from the v1 DOI to the all versions DOI.
Is that okay? Because all the other papers are as you said, one number before the v1 DOI so I just wanted to make sure this was not a mistake.

@alexalani that is possible! These DOI numbers are not handpicked by us, but provided by the system itself. Of course, one still needs to go in and check. Thank you for doing that!
