add independent page about publications?

our tradition now for 3 consecutive times has been to make a publication out of the proceedings. maybe it would be good to have a page just to list these.

What else needs to be done here? If there is anything I can do to help with open issues #3 , #5 , #6, #20 , or #25 as well do let me know.

@alexalani I don't think you can't help with #5 and #25, but for all other issues, including this one, help is very much appreciated! What needs to be done? different things: from adding bits and pieces of text to existing pages, to proposing to create a entirely new page and rethink how it may restructure the website, to figuring out how to implement metadata. All these different issues require (each) a PR with some commit(s) to solve them. If you decide to have a go, let us know and we can assign the issue to you and wait for your PR.

also please take a look at the commit history to see how we usually make commits.
Rule of thumb is: one file edited = one commit, and each commit always has some additional short notes to describe what it was. This helps greatly when navigating the history, and trace problems.
see for example this commit 15149c8 with some reasoning or this commit a3cb5c9 where the message - this fixes #32 made it auto close the corresponding issue.
