Hi,

I would like to request a 'how to' for setting up and configuring ALPR Database, CodeProject AI and AgentDVR for reading number plates and storing them in ALPR Database.

I've gone through this tutorial here -algertc/ALPR-Database#68 letter by letter and still nothing shows in ALPR Database.
