Cannot delete custom PTZ presets in Agent DVR (Docker on Ubuntu)

When I create custom PTZ presets in Agent DVR and try to remove them with the red X, they don’t get deleted. After restarting the container, the presets are still there.

Environment: Agent DVR in Docker on Ubuntu 22.04

• Config/data: /home/alex/docker/ispyagent/media

• Checked config.xml and objects.xml → no entries

Steps to reproduce:

• Add PTZ camera.

• Create a preset in Agent DVR.

• Delete it with the red X.

• Restart container.

Expected: Preset is removed.
Actual: Preset persists after restart.

I am using Agent DVR v4.7.2.0 in Docker on Ubuntu 22.04.

Issue:
On a second camera, a preset 255 appears automatically; I don’t know where it comes from and it also cannot be deleted.

Environment:

Agent DVR in Docker on Ubuntu 22.04

Actual:
Preset persists after restart. Unknown preset 255 appears on second camera and cannot be deleted.

Question:
How can I remove these presets, including the unknown 255 preset?

Hello you're using a (very) old version of Agent and this generally means that your camera doesn't support deleting presets via onvif - onvif presets are stored on your camera
