Fix up Protein/Sample view/edit

Requires implementation of the missing API functions to make this work:

• Edit Sample
• Edit Protein

Then relevant code can be uncommented in ViewProtein.tsx / ViewSample.tsx

Need to also

• Decide which fields should actually be editable
• Fix date format which immediately shows form error (iso formatting from API)

At MAXIV we give to the users the possibility to add a new protein... is it included in the ViewProtein.tsx?

This was only for editing existing proteins. Adding new ones requires extra developments on both frontend and backend.
Also, both adding and editing should be made optional as some sites do not allow it.
