Header footer

Not able to add header footer in first page.
Pls help me how to add Header and footer on first page.

I believe you can change the conditional check at https://github.com/ishaq/SimplePDF/blob/develop/Pod/Classes/SimplePDF.swift#L420 and https://github.com/ishaq/SimplePDF/blob/develop/Pod/Classes/SimplePDF.swift#L436 for this to work.
