I am reading the suggested chapters of the online book that you put in the list (labelled with PDA, Python Data Analysis). Are you able to open the figures correctly? For me it is impossible to do that.

By starting from ISDS webapage, the doi url does not work for me

I cannot see the figures either.
Unfortunately, the source code is not available so we cannot see what is wrong.
For now you could go back to the second edition and see if the same figure is visible there, although there isn't a freely available online version of the second edition.
If you like you can submit an errata here or even e-mail the author directly.

And thanks for the heads up about the broken link, it should be fixed now :)

I looked in the 2nd edition of the book and found the related figures, and I think they are still useful. Hope this helps! 😀
