No PyPI builds for Python 3.13 #25
Description
Currently no PyPI builds of fastcdc exist for Python 3.13, which became stable in October 2024. Consequently the package reverts to using a pure Python implementation (unless an appropriate compilation toolchain is available at install time), which is extremely slow.
