Installation issues

I tried to build the project as is, here are some issues:

• OpenCV is not included in this repo; the project needs it; your ReadMe should have a section of "dependencies" that lists openCV and how to install it properly
• the URL for the dataset is not public; you should change the permissions in google drive so that it is publicly available; alternatively, you can give me a link to a zip and I will host the file on the ArtFab website, this way it is accessible
• instead of "Update Line 15", indicate the line of code that must change (format it so it appears like source code) and the indicate what it should change to
