Exclude some ip not to do arp scanning

I want to Exclude some ip for not arp scanning.
I don't want full network arp scan.
Suppose , 192.168.200.0/24 here, I want to Exclude some ip like 192.168.200.20-192.168.200.50. I don't want to do arp scanning for this range
