Please add support to Hue Smart Button.

Hello iQuix, Please include the Philips Hue Smart Button into the edge driver hue-dimmer-switch. This button seems to share the same cluster as the other Hue Dimmers in your current driver (FC00). This button does not measure temperature and I believe it only supports 1 click actions.
