Extended market & user discovery

In addition to the objectives above, our team will be dedicated to deeper community engagement and user/market discovery. Smaller, tactical findings as well as regular contact with users will feed into ongoing project priorities. Larger themes will help seed conversations and planning for libp2p in 2025/2026.
Running user-centric community calls to gather community feedback regularly on roadmap and project priorities
Meet with projects (min 5, optimistically more) to get qualitative feedback on their use of libp2p, their needs for new protocols or enhancements.

At the very least, if users don't want anything new, and are happy with what they currently have, we should capture that detail, and get them to call out what existing features/functionality they care about most. To aid in grant negotiations and other funding conversations.
