Add a disclaimer on record publishing to indicate it is non-permanent

Many users less familiar with IPFS/IPNS specifics may not be aware that IPNS records are published to the Amino DHT where they need replacing about every 24hrs to ensure availability. It seems like giving users a heads up / reminder here would be a good idea.

For example: there is a user here https://discuss.ipfs.tech/t/who-is-hosting-ipns/19871 (also #25) who had a misimpression that this utility is meant as a public IPNS record persistence service rather than an inspector where the information might've been valuable.

@aschmahmann I need you to know that there is a clear reason I thought it is the way it is. I looked into this #17 and from my understanding I thought it should mean that there is a republishing. But maybe it is a republishing only when the file is downloaded or anyone is clicking the link, I don't know. Can you explain it please?

@2color @aschmahmann @lidel as the site says currently, for any existing IPNS record it is enough to fetch ipns link itself without the private key, and then click republish. Also I believe here and here republishing without the key was made possible, and that's why I thought auto-republishing is already implemented for the validity period. And if the process in inspector implementation (not the thing in kubo I believe) doesn't require the key, IPNS auto-republishing without user actions is in theory possible to add. Am I right? I just want it to work convenient for me, I am not the first person who talks about lack of convenience in IPNS...

You don't actually need a disclaimer here, there needs to be an auto-republishing mechanism, if it do no harm, like follow suggest.
