Rebuild classification configuration

The classification configuration files are a mess. I'd like to merge them to a single file without all these pseudo-ids, so that it becomes readable again.

The classification config has been rebuilt in a new branch called 'refactor_classification_config' but the README.rdoc files have not been updated yet.

Also, it would be nice to solve issue #12 so that the results can be compared more easily.
