Get error message in last version

Hello, I've tried install last plugin version on Windows 8.1, IDA PRO version 6.8, and I have error message.

But if I use version from october 2014, where is only one file (idasploiter.py) there is no error messages. Thanks for your project!

I have the same issue , I'm using Windows 10 and also IDA 6.8
