Description
Done criteria: IPFS Stewards have a self-service way to manually test the latest IPFS software on Mac and Windows. This includes having accompanying documentation for accessing, upgrading, getting help, etc.
Why important: as part of releasing go-ipfs and https://github.com/ipfs/ipfs-desktop , we often need to manual releasing, but it's time prohibitive to expect each engineer to setup/maintain a Windows and Mac host.
