Question: call for usecases?

Is there a need for Helia CLI? this is much different than a short-lived tool for just downloading content or other. 

If you have a use-case where you need a Helia daemon, or Helia CLI, please comment on this issue with your use-case. 

ideas where this could be useful:

* daemon could be event based, not poll for events like other popular RPC clients. Not really web-dev focused.
