Idea: web of trust #39

Separating this out from #33 although it is related. We've discussed some ideas around connectivity/file sharing/subscribing to a web of people you may already be connected to via contacts or another network.
contacts / social / web-of-trust as a challenge/question/theme: mobile-device-centric-life offers an interesting opportunity for accountlessness in the context of a world where your data/network/storage networks are all distributed+cooperative. we still haven’t dug into this much, but of all these things it’s maybe the most interesting as a differentiator.
