Templatizing Durin

We should make it so it's easy for other people to reuse the code in Durin.

• Document forking
• Templatize it
• Pull code from https://github.com/ipfs-shipyard/Durin/blob/main/src/util/ipfs.ts out into a library and document/publish to npm.

templatizing Durin and writing that as a fast-follow blog post to the announcement one is likely highest priority thing to do, since it opens biggest vector to others doing impactful things we cannot foresee.
