[ERROR] [WallTime: 1405948456.799203] Userdata key 'action_feedback' not available. Available keys are: []
And ROS says:
The name of the input_keys and output_keys cannot be the same. It will confuse the program and give warning.
BUT BRIDE does exactly this with the action_feedback userdata
