the question is, do we need to specify that in this document or leave URI as one example. There may be others, but that is up to a federation to define how to operate. For example, openroaming specifies that if a roaming system observes a realm of wlan.mnc060.mcc234.3gppnetwork.org, then it does a DNS look up using wlan.mnc060.mcc234.pub.3gppnetwork.org.
