Error using docker containers

I can't run the docker containers. I got two different errors. Any idea?

```
$ docker run  -v $(pwd):/src iontorrent/tsbuild:latest 
Build Script not found: buildTools/build.sh
$ docker run  -v $(pwd):/src iontorrent/tsbuild:latest Analysis
Package/Plugin not found: Analysis
```
