MultiCache strategy

Very interesting alternative to the regular cache, found [here](https://github.com/hokify/node-ts-cache/blob/master/ts-cache/src/decorator/multicache.decorator.ts). I don't like the approach tho. Would have rather used the same decorator and passed 1-n storage modules.
