Determine logging strategy for GCP #39
Description
As a developer, I want appropriate weblogging added to the python application so that I can monitor the application health better.
- GCP should be configured to store the logs in an appropriate place so developers can access them. E.g in GCS as zip files. This means developers don't need SSH access to the production server.
