Export to Medline/wiki page with pointers to gists of people's custom formats?

We had a request to export to Medline. Someone must have done this at some point (I don't see it as a CSL format). I'm wondering if a) there might be pointers to someone who worked up a Medline export and b) whether it might be useful to gather customizations in general via links on a wiki here, etc?

If it's not covered by CSL then I'm not aware of anyone exporting to Medline, sorry.
