Remove provider smali file to avoid confusion #2

This is a great tool, so thanks!
I realize you did say to generate an apk with the java file, but the provided smali was a little too tempting, and I thought it was supposed to work as well. It would be great to clarify that there's very little chance the smali file provided will work, presumably because it's so old.
