[Blapy2] noBlapyData do not prevent to send blapy data #2
Description
When trigerring "loadUrl" event, with "noBlapyData" set to 1, blapy data are given in the url called to get the template or the json data.
Ex of data sent : embeddingBlockId=blapy_15612_div&blapyaction=update&blapycall=1&blapyobjectid=blapy_15612
